Refund policy

We offer exchange or credit note on our hoop and beaded range and one-of-a-kind pieces when returned within 14 days of purchase and in original packaging and unworn condition. We will not accept pieces with signs of wear or damaged. 

We do not offer refunds. However, in the case you are unsatisfied or in the unlikely case you have received a faulty item please contact us within 7 days and we will happily organise a replacement to be sent out.
